SIX P's LEARNING MODEL

Our Learning Model sets out the criteria we use to develop structure and deliver all our learning programs, ensuring that we deliver consistently high quality and enabling each individual to realise their own learning goals.

Pinpoint

We identify each individual's specific learning need, taking into consideration their previous experiences so that each program can be paced to suit all the members of the group and at the same time ensure that these are aligned with business objectives.

Prepare

We introduce the group to the program's objectives from the start, explain how and what they will achieve and use out a variety of exercises to boost motivation.

Present

We provide a meaningful, relevant and memorable framework for transferring knowledge by using interactive and versatile delivery methods and making a personal connection with each participant.

Perform

We actively encourage participants to practice their skills and apply their knowledge in a supportive environment. With continuous observation and checking for understanding we guarantee that each learning experience is dynamic, interactive - and fun.

Perfect

We provide each individual with the opportunity to validate what they have learned and evaluate their learning program and, if appropriate, agree areas for further development and formulate action plans

Progress

We are committed to each participant's continued learning and communicate further opportunities for learning and also extend our programs to include support in the workplace.
