A Human Resource Graduate from Xavier’s Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur.

Rajani Kanth

Formerly with the TATA Group, a Serial Entrepreneur in designing of IT systems and initial member of the senior management team instrumental in defining and implementing the Leadership framework for Infosys, one of the best IT employers in the world.

Academic background:

An engineer and a Management graduate from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.

Rajesh Sharma

Industry insight & expertise:

Formerly with Standard Chartered, Wipro, Infosys and Marico Industries. Was instrumental in enabling a large IT services organization to be the first company in the world to be assessed at PCMM Level 5. Experience cuts across designing key HR processes, Global compensation and CEO compensation.

Academic background:

An Engineer and a management graduate in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
