Ground Floor

The ground floor includes several services to the plan, which include the

main entrance (16-meters wide) and a ramp for the elderly. The entrance was designed in an elegant manner and covered with a huge stainless steel canopy giving a sea-waves look. The entrance leads to the reception area, which is a huge waiting lounge. In turn, this area leads to the elevator gallery, which includes six- large size elevators.

The ground floor includes a car parking which can be accessed from the eastern side and an additional car parking which can be accessed from the northern side.

The architectural designs of the ground floor considered the special need individuals (handicapped). Furthermore, part of the ground floor was dedicated to commercial shops that serve the inhabitants. These include: central grocery, barbershop, laundry and coffee shop.
