Residential Floors
The
design of the residential floors represents engineering creativity
of
architectural distribution in a manner that suits privacy and the
Saudi family’s nature. Each residential floor includes eight flats
fitted with central air conditioners (split duct).
Due to the distinguished location of the plaza, and due to the fact
that it is surrounded with streets from all sides, all flats have
been designed to have a panoramic view of the surrounding area and
have direct view to the sea.
From the standpoint of provision of optimal comfort, privacy and
elegance, all flats include:

entrances (female entrance – male entrance).

All
bedrooms have attached bathrooms.

All
master bedrooms include dressing room, Jacuzzi, bathroom and
electronic documents safe.

Kitchens are equipped with cabinets (German type), dishwasher,
huge refrigerator, big freezer, and tables. Kitchens are also
fitted with automatic sprinkling systems for fire fighting.
