Associate
Detailed description:
-
Associates work on engagement
teams typically consisting of 3 to 6 consultants
led by a P4P partner
-
They play an active role in
all aspects of the engagement: identifying
issues, forming hypotheses, designing and
conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions
into recommendations and helping to implement
change
-
They are typically involved
in discussions with, and presentations to senior
client leaders
-
When ready, Associates assume
the role of Engagement Manager where they play
an expanded leadership role on their engagement
team
-
They assume greater
responsibility for structuring the problem
solving, assigning work to and coaching other
P4P team members, and for managing the
day-to-day interactions with client team members
Desired skills and qualifications:
-
MBA in Human Resources
-
Minimum of 1 to 4 years of
progressive experience in HR consulting/ HR
generalist role in leading organizations
-
Outstanding academic
credentials and a strong record of
extracurricular activity, professional
accomplishment, and leadership
-

Associates must be able to
