HR Operations Executive
Detailed description:

As our HR Operations
Executive, you'll be responsible for ensuring
integrity, quality and effectiveness of our
Human Resource Service Center (HRSC) business
and application processes
-
You'll provide functional
support in the area of benefits, payroll and
other HRMS systems and be expected to use your
expertise to affect the continual re-engineering
of the work processes within the HRSC. Your
functional expertise and leadership will support
our HRMS business stakeholders in the areas of
systems administration, security administration,
application expertise and process developments

You'll also be responsible
for researching and maintaining up-to-date
knowledge related to statutory requirements,
internal policies and system requirements
through seminars, publications and legislative
updates

You'll participate on
projects as a functional expert and take lead on
various medium-sized projects involving
representatives from a cross-section of HR
functions

You'll also use your
functional expertise and leadership to assist in
providing system, functional and process support
to the employees
Desired skills and qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in
Business, IT or a related field
-
2 years' experience with HRMS
relational database table structure is preferred
-
Proven project management
experience working with cross-functional teams
on medium scale projects
-
Ability to identify data
integrity issues
-
Advance-level knowledge or
experience with any global HRMS/ ERP system is
preferred
-
Operational excellence and an
eye for improving productivity is a must for the
role
